Authentication

This is the authentication mechanism common to all YOM services. To access any of them, YOM will provide you with application credentials that you must use to obtain an access token (JWT) before each query session.

🌐 Base URL

In the examples on this page, {BASE_URL} is the base URL of the environment you are working with.

🔑 Credentials

Through a secure channel, YOM will provide you with the following credential pair for the corresponding environment:

Field	Description
`client_id`	Public identifier of the application.
`client_secret`	Application secret. Treat it like a password: do not publish it in repositories, logs, emails, or tickets.

📋 Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, make sure you have:

The client_id and client_secret for the corresponding environment.
Your organization's domain enabled in that environment.
HTTPS connectivity to the environment's base URL.

🔒 Get a token

Before querying data, you must obtain an access token (JWT) using your credentials.
